1. Has the product I purchased been shipped?

Once the product is dispatched from the Company’s warehouse, an email is sent informing you that the product is on the way to the delivery address you have provided.

2. Which is the product delivery process?

Our Company does its best in order to ensure the best and safest delivery of the products to their destination. In Greece, the product is delivered by Geniki Taxydromiki courier. In other countries, the product is delivered by USPS priority mail international.

In Greece, the product is delivered within 1 to 2 days once the order is placed (2 to 3 working days for remote areas). Orders placed until 13:30 (local Greek time) are processed by us within the same day, while orders placed after that time are processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 13:30 and during the weekend are processed on Monday. Our products are delivered in Greece from 9:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday (by Geniki Taxydromiki). In other countries, our products are delivered on weekdays and during each country’s working hours.

Regarding international deliveries, the merchandise is delivered within 6 to 10 business days in European Union countries and other countries.

Once the merchandise is dispatched from the Company’s warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that your order is on the way.  Once the merchandise reaches the provided delivery address, you will need to sign for it. In case the purchased product is delivered to the provided delivery address but not received by you, then the delivery policy of each courier company will be followed.

To ensure better service, we advise you to contact the courier company in question after the first delivery attempt, in order to facilitate the successful delivery of the product. If you work and there is no one to receive the product, we advise you to provide your work address as delivery address, since products can only be delivered from 9:00 to 17:00, when you will most likely be absent from your home.

3. How can I subscribe to the company’s newsletter?

In order to subscribe to the company’s newsletter, visit the “Subscribe” page, which you can find under the “Contact” tab, on the menu bar.

4. If a product appears to be out of stock on your online store, is it renewed? How can I be informed on availability?

In case you add a product to your cart and seems to be out of stock, a subscribe field will appear where you can provide us with your email and we will let you know once the product is available. Our Company renews the stock of its online store, as long as the products which appear to be out of stock, are still available. By subscribing we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled, but we survey the customers’ interest in our products, in an attempt to fulfill most requests.

However, please note that once the products are renewed, they are available for all website users and not just the ones who used the “Subscribe” option.

5. Have you received the product or products I returned?

Once the returned product arrives at the Company’s central warehouse, you will receive an email or a phone call informing you that we have received the product in question. For returns in Greece, if you do not receive an email within 10 days from the date you sent the product back, please contact our Company. For returns from other countries,  if you do not receive an email within 14 days from the date you sent the product back, please contact our Company.

6. What are the size measurements in centimeters?

It is the Company’s main priority that the products you purchase from our online store fit you exactly. For this reason, we have created a detailed size guide that will help you make the right size choice of the product you wish to purchase. In order to see the size guide in detail and choose the size that is right for you, please go to page “Size Guide”. Please keep in mind that the centimetres of our tops and bottoms, refer to the perimeter under your bust and the perimeter of your waist.

7. Are the colors appearing on your online store the only ones available?

NEVER swimwear may renew the color palette of its products in an attempt to offer a wider range of combinations; however, the main color palette of our products is the one found on our online store.

8. Can I place an order by phone?

9. Is there a store I can visit?

You can visit the Company’s retailers that you can find in a list here (coming soon).

10. Are my transactions safe?

In order to ensure the confidentiality of the transfer of data and guarantee a secure on-line trading, the Company uses the encryption protocol SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) – 128bit. The protocol SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is currently a global standard to certify the web sites used by users for the encryption of data between Internet users and web servers.

An encrypted SSL communication requires all information sent between a client and a server to be encrypted by the sending software and further be decrypted by the receiving software, protecting personal information during transmission. In addition, all information sent with SSL protocol, is protected by a mechanism that automatically verifies if the data have been altered during transmission. A firewall controls the access of users to Company’s servers, allowing the use of specific services by the customers/users while prohibiting access to systems and databases with confidential and/or other Company’s information. An encryption takes place when the user inserts personal data (password, address, phone number, etc.) throughout the website and at any point of use.

Nowhere throughout the website does the Company proceed to the storage of any information related to users’ credit card.

During the payment process the user is transferred to the website of Viva Payments.

Viva Payments institutions are licensed by the Bank of Greece. The same basic principles as applied to traditional banking transactions apply also in Viva Payments. All information transmitted by the user and beneficiary of the credit card to Viva Payments are confidential.

Viva Payments does not keep customer credit card data in its systems. All encrypted data is transmitted to the cooperating banks. Viva Payments customers’ personal and private data are only stored in encrypted form in the Viva Payments systems, without direct connection to the Internet. In addition, once the user registries to Company’s website, his password is encrypted automatically and stored in the database of the Company with one-way encryption MD5.

All transactions made by users through the website shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues relating to distance selling, but also by the provisions of European and International Laws on e-commerce.

11. How can I cancel an order?

NEVER swimwear Company does not give you the option to cancel the order if it is carried out online and you should follow the return process of products according to the company’s policy of refunds.

12. Can I send a product as a gift?

Our company gives you the option to send a product as a gift to a different address from the billing address.

In this case:

  • Add the products you want to purchase in your cart.
  • Fill in the billing address form.
  • Choose a different shipping address option.
  • Fill in the shipping address form.
  • Choose the payment method that works better for you.
  • Place your order.
  • Once your order is confirmed it will be shipped to the shipping address you chose.

13. What happens if the parcel’s arrival to destination is delayed?

You can find the location of your parcel through the information system of each courier company and according to the specific number that is given to you. However, the execution of the order may be delayed for the following reasons: – In periods of extreme weather or strikes, and in any event of force majeure, which could affect the transport and delivery of the order. – If the communication by phone and / or email with the user is impossible (if a problem occurs in the order, or in connection with the product or in connection with the payment) because e.g the information entered is not properly updated. – In times where, due to the large and increased orders, the Company is unable to meet strict time of order processing and delivery deadlines. The Company undertakes in any case to make every effort to meet these deadlines but cannot guarantee that this will be possible. In any case, if you do not receive the product at the expected time, we recommend you to come immediately in contact with our company in order to obtain detailed information about the progress of your order and any delay reasons. The Company will make every effort to provide a better and a faster service to you.

14. Is the VAT included into the price of the product?

All prices of our products and all shipping costs of courier companies include VAT.

15. Is it necessary to create an account in order to buy a product from your online store?

It is not necessary to create an account in order to buy a product from our online store. This process is considered optional and recommended by us because, otherwise, you will need to fill in all of your data every time you make a purchase.
